我的主题主要是探索家庭照片、个人记忆和身份之间的关系。例如，我们如何在旧的家庭照片中寻找某些痕迹来构建或重建我们的个人记忆，从而确定我们现在的个人身份?
我以摄影作为“记忆的载体”，利用数字蒙太奇和拼贴技术重新利用老照片，重现老照片中的场景或重建新场景。通过应用技术，例如用不同的扫描方法扭曲图像，以此来改变或删除照片部分信息。此外，我还加入了我个人身份的象征，赋予老照片新的意义。这些方法不仅突出了摄影的视觉性，而且还在空间和时间上创造了物体和人之间不同形式的纠缠。
Artist Statement
My main topic focuses on exploring the relationship between family photographs, personal memories and identity. For example, how do we look for certain traces in old family photographs to refine or reconstruct our personal memories and, thus, determine our present personal identity?
Using photography as a “carrier of memory”, I use digital montage and collage techniques to repurpose old photographs to recreate the scene as it was in the old photographs or reconstruct a new scene. By applying technology, such as distorting the images with different scanning methods, information is altered and even removed from photographs. In addition, I include symbols of my personal identity to give old photographs new meaning. These methods highlight the ways in which photography not only visualizes, but also creates different forms of entanglements between objects and people across space and time.
